internet will be discontinued from this date forth and sales will be conducted

Orders from Canada and Mexico will have a shipping charge of
US$7.15 for Global Priority Mail per book; orders from other countries will carry
a charge for shipping at the rate of US$9.30 per book by Global Priority.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but my bank has increased the already high
monthly charges for credit card sales management to an intolerable level.
